Privacy
What this website does with information.
In plain words, and describing what the site does. Your medical care is governed separately — that's the paperwork you receive as a patient.
The short version
No health information is collected here
This website has no forms, so there's nowhere to enter health information.
Measurement waits for your answer
No analytics or advertising tag loads until you accept. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.
Your records aren't on this site
Clinical records live in the practice's medical-records system under its own privacy obligations. This website has no access to them.
What the site collects
Exhaustively, because a short list is only reassuring if it's complete.
Nothing you type. This website carries no contact form, no intake questionnaire and no chat widget. The way to reach the practice is the telephone, and what you say on that call is part of your care, not part of this website.
If you accept measurement: standard web analytics — the pages you view, roughly where in the world the request came from, what kind of device and browser you used, and which site or ad sent you. Also whether you tapped the telephone number or opened the booking page. That last one is how the practice knows its advertising is working at all.
What is never sent, in any case: anything about your weight, your dose, your medication, your conditions or your appointment. The measurement code in this site records that a page was viewed or a button was tapped, and it’s written so that it can’t read the contents of anything.
Who else sees it, if you accept
Three companies, named, with what each is for. Declining stops all three.
- Google Analytics — how many people reach the site and which pages they read. Aggregate reporting; the practice doesn’t use it to identify individuals.
- Meta — measurement for advertising on Facebook and Instagram, so the practice can tell which ads led to a call. This includes a server-side feed of the same events, which exists because browsers increasingly block the in-page version; it carries the same limited event data and no health information.
- Google Tag Manager — the container that loads the two above. It collects nothing on its own.
All three load only after you accept, and your choice is stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data resets it and you’ll be asked again.
Changing your mind, or asking a question
Clearing this site’s stored data in your browser settings resets your choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
